With the Speed of Social Media I really think every large organizations need to seriously consider having smaller nimble teams within them. Would love to get your thoughts?

Absolutely.  Of course why limit it to just your social media.  I think the marketplace as a whole is becoming too fast for a monolith to keep up with.  Large companies have always been chasing the efficiency benefits of smaller companies, but rarely find themselves able to provide the true automony that they need to get these efficiencies.  For example Disney will always have trouble exhibiting the vision it had when it was an upstart under Walt’s direction.
